Using the technology of metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), fully fiber refractometers based on lossy mode resonance (LMR) were obtained and investigated. The sensors are made basis a section optical etched to core with films titanium dioxide (TiO2) tin (TiO2/SnO2) deposited side surface. sensitivity refractive index surrounding liquid medium is compared depending composition thickness film coating. sensor two-layer coating in wavelength range 1.33–1.35 microns was 4850 nm/RIU. Before measurements, cells suspended concentrated surface due effect tweezer. Particles attracted from suspension when launching into radiation diode laser power 10 mW. With help fabricated sensors, change containing living microalgae Chlorella Vulgaris monitored. possibility assessing influence external conditions life process algae real-time control using shown.
